Drivers can nolonger pay $150 into the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund and register a vehicle without insurance. The MVAC Fund didnotprovkle_insurance; it compen- sated the victim of an accident and the driver responsible for payment of the claim. The deadline for car registration renewal is February 29,1980. \f= To register any motor vehicle you must have a minimum of $100,000 third party liability insurance.
