At the Wednesday night meeting of the

District .Hospital" unanimous approval was
. given to the removal of the paediatrics ward
from the" round floor'to its present second
floor locaft-on. The- decision was conditional,
. however, on completing several improve
Ments to 'the second „floor location, ' as
recommended in a-reppt whiph followed an.

A West WawanoSh man was found dead in
his car, submerged in the Maitland River in
East. Wawanosh Township on Thursday,
December 201'
Michael Michalyna, 76, was discovered
when two hunters noticed his car, overturn-
ed in the river on Huron County Road 22, the
division, line between East and West
Wawanosh. An autopsy determined he died,
of a heart attack. _ --.
It is , believed the car had been in the river
for five days. Mr. Miehalyna,,,who lived with
his daughter, Luba Weber, West Wawa-
nosh, was returning from a trip to Kitchener.

the, road, clipping off a guide post, went
