Since no landowners were in attendance and no appeals were received, the by-law approving construction is expected to be passed at tonight’s (August 17) meeting. Four tenders for the construction of the Black hall Drain were opened, with the contract being awarded to Barry Weigel Drainage Ltd. of Mildmay, at a tender price of $21,797.
