JUANITA LAMB Juanita Marie Lamb daughter of Cliff ahd Mary Lamb, Missis­ sauga, recently graduated from Wilfred Laurier University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology. Attending the Convocation ceremonies in the Kitchener Auditorium, May 29, 1988, were Mrs. Irene Harman, grandmother; Miss Joyce Har­ man, aunt and Miss Edith War­ wick, great aunt, all from the Brussels area. Juanita has accept­ ed a position with Beneficial Canada Inc. in Willowdale. Obituaries Londesboro woman dies at age 59 JOYCE JUNE RADFORD Joyce June Radford of RR 1, Londesboro died at Clinton Public Hospital on June 30,1988. She was 59 years of age. She was born Joyce Rath and married Leonard Radford who survives her. Also surviving are her children: Karen and Ernie McVittie, Goderich; Raymond and Beth Radford, London; Linda and Simon VanDam, Exeter; Denise and Larry McCabe, Goderich; Garry and Roxanne Radford, London; Vicki Radford, London; Brian, at home; Robert and Traci Radford, Londesboro; Cheryl Rad­ ford, London and Stephen and Darlene Radford, Londesboro. She is survived by three sisters, Colleen, Mrs. Gordon Howatt, Londesboro; Sandra, Mrs. Karl Whitfield, RR 3, Blyth and Yvonne, Mrs. Lyle Youngblut, Blyth. Ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Shewasa member of Londes­ boro United Church and Rev. David Snihur of that church officiated for the private funeral service held on July 2, 1988 at the Tasker Funeral Home in Blyth. Interment was at Blyth Union Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Lloyd Josling, Ernie McVittie, Simon Van Dam, Larry McCabe, Gary Evans, and Robert Trick. Flowerbearers were grandchild- en Tim and Jamie Van Dam and Scott, Darcy and Brad McVittie. Goderich stores open Sundays Goderich town council last week passed a by-law declaring the town a tourist area and until September 4Goderich merchantswill have the option of staying open Sundays. The new by-law has nothing to dowith the proposed provincial legislation that gives municipali­ ties the option of having full-scale Sunday shopping. The decision falls under the previous legislation that allows municipalities to de­ clare tourist areas and allow stores in those areas to open Sundays. Goderich stores can now be open between land 5 p.m. Sundays.
