Blyth Wl hears about Panama The Blyth Women’s Institute met on June 2 at the home of Evalena Webster. The report of the Women’s Institute District Annual held in Auburn May 30 was given by Vera Badley and Evelyn Smith. The report of Federated Women’s Institute 88 Conference held in Kingston was given by Jean Nethery. Marie Button gave a reading entitled “I’d like to go back.” Evalena Webster spoke on the small country of Panama. It is densely populated. One third of the country’s budget is spent on education.
