fashion show with the graduating
girls modelling fashions for Sears
of Fairview Mall. .The •commentat-
or was Donna Schmidt, manager-
ess of International. Top Models in
Kitchener.
Mr. and Mrs. Bill Bradley,
Goderich visited Mr. and Mrs.
Thos. Webster on Wednesday
evening on, the occasion of Bill's
birthday.' Weekend visitors with
Mr. and Mrs. Webster were Mr.,
and Mrs. Ken Thomas, Wendy and
Lynda of Bolton.
Mrs. Cecil Blake returned home
on Saturday after spending the pail
two weeks with Mr. and Mrs. Bill
Blake in Cambridge and a couple of
days in Brantford with Mr. and.
Mrs. Chas, Pearce. Mr. and Mrs.
Grant Sowerby and Barbara Blake '
of Toronto and Mr. and Mrs. Jim
Blake and Sean of Alliston met with
their mother at Bill's on November
14 for a family 'gathering. Mr. and
Mrs. Grant Sowerby and Barbara
Blake, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Blake,
Becky. and Kara visited Mrs. Cecil
groom.
Attending as groomsman was
John de Boer of R. R. 2 Teeswater,
brother of the groom. Henry
Wybenga of Brantford and Kevin
Cooper of Chatham ushered the
guests.
A reception was held in the
church hall. The bride changed to
a printed knit dress of fall colours,
with a corsage of daisies in the
same tones.
The newlyweds will make their
home in Guelph.
Blake in Dungannon on the
weekend.

a pastoral relations committee..
Sympathy is extended to family

May) MacKenzie in their bereave-
ment. Her funeral took •place op•
Sunday from Stiles Funeral Home
with interment in Dungannon

An encouraging 'attendance of
about one hundred. people, repres-
enting all parts of Ashfield
Township, turned out at Brookside
School on Monday, November 15
for the Introductory Planning
Workshop put on by Huron •County
Planning Department. Chairman
for the meeting was Warren Zinn.
Gary Davidson showed a slide,
presentation of present land uses.
A good discussion took place,
mostly centering on land sever-
ance. It is hoped good attendance
will be maintained at these
workshops. On Monday night,
November 22 the topic is Agricul-
ture and .the chairman is Finlay
MacDonald.
On Saturday evening the Young
People from Christian FellowShip
Church got together" at Murray,
Martin's to continue their study of
Lucifer and why there is evil in the
world.
At Sunday morning Service,
Student Pastor Doug Zehr, spoke
on the topic, "Behold, I stand at
the door and knock". This
concluded the series in the
message to the churches froth
kevelations, chapters 2 and 3.
