Ladies from the Presbyterian W.M.S. attended the Fall Rally at VVingham Presbyterian Churcb ,and also the Thankoffering at Te.eswat- er on Friday evening. On Thursday evening, ladies from all the village churches attended the Fall Thankoffering meeting at Kinloss United Church. Mr. -D. Mulligan was the guest speaker and took for his topic "Communications". Relatives from here attended the funera of their cousin, the late Ira Wall, at Wingham on Thursday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Levi Eckenswiller of London visited with Mr. and Mrs. George Graham and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Graham and other relatives. • . Mr. and Mrs. Richard Page of Burlington visited with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Page. Mrs. Arthur Haldenby entertain- ed A.C.W. ladies at her home on Monday at a quilting.
