StudentS from Bruce Peninsula travelled over to Ripley on October • 12 to play volleyball. Our jullier girls team wipedBruce Penn with a score of 15-3 for their first ••gathe and, did even better in, the second game With a score, of 15.04 Ripley senior,' girls ' played two// tough games. We wound up victorious in the first game with a score•of 15-8:. Bruce Penn's spirits rose and they played a very close second .game but not good enough to defeat Ripley's senior, girls. The, final score was '16-14. - The junior boys started off on the right foot and defeated Bruce Penn with a score of 15-3 for the first game. The second game also started off well with Bruce Tenn once again being defeated by a score of 15-5. Our senior boys were determined to keep up our winning streak. The first game was_a very close match RIPLEY DISTRICT SCHOOL with Ripley coming up on top with a score of 15-13. The second game was played in Bruce Penn's favour. They defeated Ripley 15-7. At the start of the third gaMe, everyone was ready for another 'win , by Ripley. But not Bruce Penn. .They played 'a very close game but Ripley 'managed to become victor- ious with a score of 15-11 Congratulations teamslli COMMENCEMENT With the big night ,mOving closer, R.D,S. is in a constant' Uproar, with, the preparation for our. annual commencement.
