In the business it was 'decided to enter a Promotional booth and have floats at , both Lucknow and Dungannon Fairs. In the promotional booth, they sold apples, donated by Ontario Apple Growers AsSociation and for half price fair visitors could bob for them. The-Junior Farmers are sponsor- ing Century Farm signs and, canvassing for memberships. The thenie of the float was , "Get Involved"' as . October is . the 'Membership Drive for Junior Farmers. A—dance was planned for October 29 at the Lucknow Legion at 9.00 p.m., Music is by D. J. Sound Unlimited from "London. 'Members• heard reports from Cheryl Hackett on her U.N., trip and reports from Lise Gunby and Susan Irvin on their trip to the Bark Lake Leadership Camp at Bark Lake. The meeting concluded with some recreation of new games learned by Lise and Susan at Bark Lake. The next meeting is at Brookside Public School on October 11 at 8.15. Meetings are now the 2nd Monday in every month. Come out and' be a Junior Farmer on October 1.1.
