ATTENDING KINCARDINE,
WALKERTON AND RIPLEY SCHOOLS
RIPLEY AND HURON TOWNSHIP STUDENTS attending Kin-
cardine or Walkerton Secondary Schools: Buses will run west-
bound on Concession roads and Highway 86 starting at eastern
boundary of Huron Township at 7:50 a.m.
POINT CLARK, LURGAN AND SHORE ROAD. STUDENTS at-
, tending Kincardine or Walkerton Secondary Schools: Bus will
run northbound' through Point Clark. at 8:05 a.m.
HURON TOWNSHIP STUDENTS' attendi/ng Ripley' District
School and Ripley-Huron Central School: Buses will run east-
bound on Concession roads starting at Lakeshore Road at 8:05
a.m. Students resident on Highway 86 will 'be picked up by bus
travelling westbound from eastern boundary of Huron Township
at 8 a.m. continuing west then north through Point Clark.

pink gladioli and white daisies, was
the scene of the wedding August 14
for Marianne O'Keefe and John
Vincent Gallant. The ,bride is the
daughter of Mr: and Mrs. Joseph
O'Keefe, R., R. 3 Goderich and the
groOm is the son of Mr. and' Mrs,
Jean 'Gallant of .R,, R. 1 Alliston, •
Ontario.
The nuptial' mass was belebTated
by the. most Rev. T. J. McCarthy,
D.D. ' with the Rev. 'Father. E.'
Dentinger, C.R. officiating for the
double-ring' ceremony'. Soloisti
were Eugene and Marianne Frayne
with Miss Frayne also presiding at
the organ:
The bride was giVen in marriage
by her father. She wore a
formal-length'. gown of polyester.
satin with bell sleeves and a square
neckline with lace insert. The,
princess line gown featured a
flowing skirt with attached round
cathedral train. An organdy floral
'headpiece held her chapel length
illusion veil trimmed with appli-
ques of matching lace. She carried
a ' colonial bouquet of yellow
sweetheart roses, pink and mauve
miniature carnations, white dais-
ies, pink straw flowers and baby's
breath with white loops and
streamers.
Maid of honour was Nancy
O'Keefe, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Kathy and Rose
Marie. O'Keefe, R. R. 3 Goderich,
sisters of the bride and Brenda
Gallant of R. R. 1 Alliston, sister of
the groom., They were dressed
alike in floor-length polyester satin
gowns with a floral print on a pink
and lilac background featuring bell
sleeves and a square neckline with
waist' held together with 'a bow at
the back, The bride's 'attendants
wore a gold chain, gift of the bride..
The bridesmaids carried' nose-
gays of white daisies and baby's
breath with ' white loops and
streamers.
Toni Coffey of Tottenham, Ont-
ario, was the best man. Ushers
were Tom O'Keefe, R. R. 3.
Goderich, brother of the bride;
Bryan Gallant, R. R.. 1 Alliston,
brother of the grooni and Joe Lynch
of R. R. 1 Loretto, Ontario, friend
of the groom:
The wedding dinner and recep-
tion followed at the Maitland
Country Club, Goderich where
brandy sniffers of summer flowers
in pink, mauve and ' white and
lighted pink tapers .decorated each
table. Michael Sproule of London,
Ontario, friend of the bride and
groom,. was master of ceremonies.
Guests . were received . by the
bride's mother who wore a
formal-length gown of orchid with,
long sleeves and a 'corsage of pink
miniature 'carnations.
The groom's mother assisted,
wearing a formal-length gown of ,
green with long sleeves and yellow
Died At Age 88.
Funeral- service was held at St.
Augustine Roman Catholic Church
for Miss Mary Ada Brophy of St..
Augustine. Monseigneur L. J.
Phelan officiated and• interment
followed in the church cemetery.
Miss Brophy died Saturday,
August 21 at Pinecrest Manor,
Lucknow at: the age of 88: Born
May 3,.1888, at' St. Augustine, she"
was a daughter of the late Edward
Brophy and Mary Redmond. She
was a, member of St. Augustine
Roman Catholic Church and the
Catholic Women's League. "
Surviving are several nieces and
nephews.
