Dear David and Marilee:
We are happy this evening to
gather in your honour, and to
extend to you our heartiest congrat- •
latiotts.
Now that you have embarked on
the sea. of matrimony, may you
`have smooth sailing day after day,
as you journey along life's way.
David, you have grown up in our
midst, and , have proven yourself• a
good student, a fine young man,
and now a happy husband.
'Marilee, we welcome you to our
community, and hope you will f4e1
at home among us. Here is a recipe
for a happy married life:
Choose a young man carefully,
and be sure' he is, handsome and
bealthy.
Do not keep him in a stew daily,
nor constantly in hot water. Do not
expect :him to agree with you
always, for everyone is entitled to
his own opinion,
Overlook 'each other's faults, for
We all have them. When little
things are . said that have never
' been said before, just look on the
loving side, and let ris not get sore.
Please accept this gift folks, as a
token of our love and esteem, from
friends' on concession •10 and the
community.'
