Mr. and Mrs. Ron •Conley of
Trenton have received a 2 year
transfer to Prince George, British
Columbia.
Ron is with. the Canadian Air
Force. He served at Lahr,
Gerinany for four years 1969 - 73
and the past 3 years at Trenton.`
Ron is the son of Mr. and Mrs.
Eugene Conley, Lucknow. Mrs.
Conley is the former Louise Irwin,
daUghter of Mrs; Roy Irwin and the
late Mr. Irwin, 'Lucknow.
Mr. and Mrs. Conley, Laurie,
age 12' and Gary, age 9, spent three
diys last week in Lucknow before
leaving for , their. new post.

Charles. Burt of Brucelea Haven,
Walkerton visited with Mr.' and
Mrs. Bill Burt and called on other
friends here.
Mr. and Mrs. George Margern of
Goderich and relatives from Leth-
bridge, Alberta, called on friends
here on Wednesday. Mrs:
Margerri, was the former Vera
Ryan.
George- Graham underwent sur-
gery at Victoria Hospital, London
on Tuesday. His many friends wish
him improved health.. Mrs.
Graham spent the week in 'London
with Mr. and Mrs. Levi Eckenswil-
ler.
Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Johnston
of London spent a few days at the
home Of Mi. -and Mrs. Fred Guest
While the Guest ' family were in
Kitchener attending the wedding of
Miss Barbara Preiss.
Mrs. Mary Valade of Cornwall is
visiting with her aunt, Mrs. George

The Anglican Church Women
will meet on Thursday (evening)
September -9th at 8 o'clock at the
home of Mrs..Delbert Hedley with
Mrs. Bert Nicholson and Mrs.
Gertrude Walsh conveners. The
theme of the meeting is "Harv-
est".
On Sunday next September 5th
the Ariglican services will be at
Ripley, Bervie and Lucknow.
