Mr. and Mrs. Finlay MacDonald were guests at a wedding in Detroit over the past weekend. Mr. and Mrs. George MacDon- ald and family are now residing on the MacDonald farm. They' had been living in London but returned to farming. The W.M.S. of Ashfield Presby- terial avrch held their regular meeting on Thursday evening in the church. The MacDonald reunion was held on the holiday weekend in the familiar Cedar Grove on, the MacDonald farm. Mr. and Mrs. Oliver McCharles visited. in Montreal during the past weekend with their son Allan who' has been in hOspital and with his wife Jean and family at their home.
