R. - 1 Springfield, was killed when the truck in which he was a passenger crashed into a tree off County Road' • 6 in Millbank., The accident occurred at' 7.45 a.m. Thursday, August 4. Driver of the truck, John Quipp, 16, of R. R. 6 St.. Thomas, was • 'taken to Stratford General Hospital for .treatment.' According . to Listowel OPP, the vehicle was travelling west on No. 6 County Road when it went out of control, crossed the road, went pup onto a front lawn and crashed into a tree. Injured In Motorcycle Mishap A ' 23-year-old ,Goderich man suffered head injuries when his motorcycle crashed on Highway 21 on the northern outskirts of Goderich Wednesday night of last week. Brent Malcolm Boak, of 101 East Street, was taken to hospital in Goderich in serious condition, then rushed by ambulance to University. Hospital in London.
