The first Langside . Cemetery
Memorial Service was held at the
cemetery June 27 at 3 p.m. with
service . conducted by Mr. .1.
Kay, student minister of Chalmer's
Presbyterian Church, Whitechurch
and Langside Presbyterian Church.
There were around 40 in attend-
ance. Hymns sung Were Unto the
hills, around do I lift up, Faith of
our fathers and Rock of ages.
Scripture readings were Exodus 13:
3-10 and Hebrews 11.
Mr. and Mrs., Philip Steer sang 2
duets, Day of -Resurrection and The
Strife is O'er. Psalm 100 was te1d
responsively.
