Saturday played a Seaforth team at
Wingham with a score of 24-7 in

polling day. •
Voters are requested to check the voters list for their
names.
Voters not on the list, may have their name 'added during
the time set for revision of the said list.

In her closing remarks after
two years 'in office, Mrs. David
Ireland said what a, great plea-
sure it had been to visit most Of
the branches and attend the vari-
ous events in the district. She
thanked her home branch for as-
sistance and her partner, Mrs.
Prank Maulden,' ' secretary-
treasurer, for her friendship and
assistance. Mrs. Ireland spoke of
the theme of the day, using a
Bible reading prepared' on the
basis of "Faith Beginning with
Our Forefathers":

year in 4-H' and senior courses.,
Holyrood Institute provided the
afternoon entertainment, follow-
ing which Mrs. McCormick of
Belmore gave*.the Pennies for
Friendship report. Mrs. Kirk- •
patrick presented the new slate of
officers and Miss DeVisser con-
ducted the installation.
OFFICERS CONFERENCE
Mrs/. Clarence Hedley reported
on the officers' conference at
University of Waterloo, mention-
ing two addresses given 'by Mrs.
Maluski, -provincial president,
and Mrs. Zoeller, editor. of Home
and Country.

FIELD DAY
On Friday, May 28, 1976, it was
field day. Field day was held at the
high school. We were happy to see
that' the .weather was just great.
There were lots of events and
plenty of competition, but with all
of this, competition only a few
' people .could win trophies. In the
Junior Division it was Janice
Needham and Gary Rutledge., The
runners up were Kim Dalton and
Terry Irwin. In the Intermediate
Division the winners were Robin
Cuyler, John McIntosh and Harold
Peet. The runners up were Janiee
Elliott and Paul Trepanier. For the
Seniors Division, the winners were
Shelley Strauss and Frank Storey.
The runners up were Brenda Fair.
and Philip Trepanier. Congratula-
tions to the winners and thanks
goes to everyone who took part for
making this year's field day a
