The courage and patience of our people are beyond praise. They cleared the rubble, rebuilt, reopened their premises without pause or .panic. By this year, we had • a whole new town almost, busily, prosperous again. But it was not to be. In February this year, Friday the 13th, grimly humorous, terrorists left another bomb in our Square. Some said 300 lbs., others 500. More strategically" placed, it caused even more damage than before. When I saw , it, I wept. • By next tnorning,,our people, all working together, had the rubble cleared again. Many had blisiness as usual' notices nailed to. hard- board shutters among the ruins. • Now there is scaffolding every- wilere, the sound of hammering - andrreconstruction. Our town will be rebuilt and will survive. Our people continue about their every: day tasks, cheerfully,, fult>.of PHONE 5284118, JOHN W. HENDERSON LUMBER LTD.
