The 1.it Lucknow Brownie, Pack
held their regular' meeting on
. Tuesday, March l'Oth. Opening
'game 'was ‘`Presolia,n''.
Fairy Queen was Tracey McDon-
agh and • the Sixers collected
Brownie Gold. Tawny ' Owl
presented Rosalea Cameron with
her Book Lover Badge, folloWed by
the. Brownie' Prayer.
At Pow Wow Brown Owl asked ,
the Brownies to draw a design for
fhe Baker Badge over the holidays
andhring it to the next meeting. A
short discussion period was held on
badge work. The Brownies were
reminded that the next meeting
would be on March 30th.
During work period Brown Owl
had the Golden Ladder Brownies to
test for Finger Spelling with Helen
4H CLUB

. The fourth meeting of the
Auburn HI 4TH ,club was held ,at
Mrs: E,. Robinson's, on March '20.•
The roll call was taken and the
minutes' of the last meeting were'
read. Achievement Day and. .a free
choice of articles were discussed.,
Miss . C. - Foran and. Mrs. E.
Robinson showed, the girls the
couching; outline and the /couching
cross stitches. Ellen Thompson
closed the meeting.
MacIntyre and Tracey' McDonagh
passing this test. Tawny Owl had
the Golden Bar Brownies learning
to sew on two/ kinds of buttons.
The meeting closed with Taps
and the Brownie Arch.

We met' at' Jean Lizmore's for
meeting four. 'We opened with the
44-1 pledge; 'Janice Thompson read
the ,minUtes. , Jean Lizmore had
made pineapple. sherbert before .
and we tasted it. Everyone liked if.,
Jean Lizmore demonstrated how to
'prepare an. individual fruit salad
plate. We. tasted oriental chicken:
It was really good. The, members,
watchedwhile Jean showed us,how
to make 'banana splits. Talk aboUt
good - there was' two kinds , of
ice-cream, five, different kinds of
topping, top whip, nuts and a
cherry. . '
We each read sections of the
Members Pamphlet. Joanne van
Beers 'led a discussion on how to
make our record books more
useful. .- -
While we were cleaning. up, we
discussed plans for"our skit.

Wendy spent Saturday in Toronto.

burg. We are ,pleased to report
that Keith is improving after a
recent illness.
The annual meeting of the
Holyrooil Women's Institute will be
held on 'April 1st, hostesses, Mrs.
EllwOod Elliott and Mrs. Lorne
Eadie. Roll all - a suggestion for
next year's_ program. ,Annual
