contribution. • I'm not what you
would call a "proper journalist" as
I do all my work, at home, typing at
my , dining 'room table and have
actually never seen' a newspaper
being produced. However, I find
my articles are very popular among
our readers and it' 'doesn't worry
them 'that I'm not a professional.
They have followed 'my zorrespon-
dence with you and, your ,readers
with enthusiasm and I imagine that
before long, therelvvill be a regular
stream of Ulster people on pilgrim-
age to your part of the world. Mr.
and Mrs. Bogle of Dungannon have
alreay booked for their holiday
and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Black of
Dungannon mean to' follow their -
example before too long: They are
all in correspondence with Ontario
citizens they met through my initial
letter sent off so hopefully into the
blue. The response and all the
contacts well publicized here have
cheered and encouraged our people
for these are sad times in Ulster.
We long for, peace. Some day,
perhaps.
My greetings to you and your
staff and your readers for all that is
best in '1976. And my thanks for
your kindness.
Sincerely yours,
Mrs. Mollie Whiteside.
