nosh has been hospitalized for a

Hospital.

Charles' Wesley Rivett, Dungan;.
non. died JanuarY 25 in Alexandra
Marine and General Hospital;.
Goderich. He was 73. He was born
February 3, 1902 in AsIffielcl
Township, .a son of Shadrick . and.
Mary Jane "(Culbert) Rivett.
Rivett, a trucker, lived .in Ashfield ,
Township, Crewe and, Dungannon
all his life. He was ,a member of
Dungannon United Church.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs.
Ida Jatzi of North Battleford,
Saskatchewan, Mrs. ' Margaret
Murray of SaskatOon, Saskatche-
wan, and one brother Jack Rivett,
Wiarton.
The 'funeral service was held, on
. Tuesday, January 27 at Stiles
Funeral Home, Goclerich, with
Rev. Harold Dobson officiating.
Interment was in Dungannon
Mausoleum. Pallbearers were
Thornton Eedy, Girvin Reed, Fred
Young, Irvine Eedy, Jack Errington
and- Bob Stothers.

Mrs. A. E. McKim of Lucknow
was guest at the Lucknow Girl.
Guide meeting 'on Thursday even-
ing. • Mrs, McKim, who started the
Guide Company in Lucknow in
1923, told of the many 'buildings in
Lucknow in which the Guides have
met -in the past 50 `years. She had
four scrap bookS of pictures, stories
and newspaper clippings which she
had kept about Guiding in Likknow
since its: beginning. The Guides
found these books very interesting,'
Faye Forster thanked Mrs.
McKim for her information which
the .girls will use fot their 'history
badge..
Marian Raytiard served home-
