Twice' In Week
On Friday, February 6th, the
Lucknow Fleas travelled to Bel-
grave, only to come home on the
short end of a 5-4 score.
Scoring for Lucknow were Grant
Murray, :2 goals, 1 assist; 'Todd
Ritchie, 2 goals; 1 assist each for
--Brian De Groote, Ross Pickard and
Steve Hamilton. Danny Gilchrist..
played a strong game in goal.
On Saturday, the Lucknow. Fleas
played host to Mildmay and
playing without' a few regulars due
to road conditions, came up with. a
2 to 1 victory. Scoring, for Lucknow
were Brian De Groote, 1 goal, 1
assist; Bradley Priestap, 1: goal; 1
assist each going to Grant Murray,
Donald Murray and Robert Cayley.
Several •of the younger players
showed that they could also play a
good game of hockey.
House League
Hockey Results
On February 7, in the opener,
the -Red Wings `and Bruins battled
to a L-1 draw. Mark Haldenby
clicked for the Red Wings while
Steve Frayne'scored for the Bruins..
In the second game the Black
Hawks defeated the Ranges 6 to 2.
Kevin. McCallum with a pair, Allan
Stanley, Terry Brown, Steve Atkin-
son and Brian , Smith were the
marksmen for the Black Hawks..
Morris Van Osch and Jim Van Osch
replied for', the Rangers.
. In the third game the Canadiens
defeated the Leafs 6 'to 1. Fred
Martin led the attack with a pair.
Singles went to Gerald Martin,
John 'Boyle, Hugh Burgsma and
Jim Foran. Merkel Becker was the
lone marksman for the Leafs.
