was solemnized in Lucknow United
Church on' Saturday, November
15th at 3.30 p.m. Candelabra
standards with red candles, white
daisies and green ivy decorated the
altar. Rev. Douglas Kaufman of
Lucknow officiated.
Given 'in "marriage by her
parents, the bride chose an original
gown of imported white silk, styled
by. Portrait Gowne. The long
straight sleeves had an oversleeve
gathered at' the elbow. A long.,
chapel train" flowed from the
waistline. Alcon lace trimmed the •
waistline, front of the dress and .
bottom of the train.
Her headpiece was a Juliet' cap
with, seeded pearls and held her
fingertip veil.. She carried 'a
cascade bouquet of red rosebuds,
green ivy and baby's breath
intermingled' with white ribbon
, bows.
Mrs. _Mary Gardner of VVingham
was matron of honour. She wore a
gown of • winter red - silk with
matching detachable hood and
carried a "basket of white daisies,

HolYrood; both 'brothers of the
groom.
The groom and his attendants all
wore green tuxedos with matching
velyet trim.
Organist was Mrs. Donalda
Scott of Lucknow,
Soloist was Don Hackbourne Of
Maryhill, who .sang "For' All We
Know", "The Lord's Prayer" and
"Wedding Song (Love)".
'A reception followed at the
Legion Hall, Lucknow, which was
decorated with white daisies, red
candles and red carnations.
,The bride's mother chose a dress
and coat ensemble of emerald
green ,.silk with matching maribou
trim and a bronze daisy corsage. •
. The groom's 'mother wore' a
dress with lace jacket eniemble of
autumn orange silk and yellow
daisy corsage. •
The couple are living on, Ross
Street, Lucknow where the groom
is a self employed electrical
contractor and the bride, is a
registered nurse at Pinecrest
Manor Nursing Home. '

Former Resident
Died At Stratford
MRS. ELIZA A., LITTLE.
Mrs. Eliza A. Little, wife of the
late Thomas Hall and Albert Little,
passed away at the Stratford
General Hospital on Friday, Janu-
ary 16th in her 84th year.
Born in Huron Township, Mrs.
Little was a daughter of the late
George 'Marshall and Martha
Roach. In 1923 she married the
late Thomas Hall of Ashfield
Township and they farmed on the
9th concession of Ashfield, later
moving to Kincardine. ,Mr. Hall
predeceased her 'in 1937.
In 1943 she married the late
Albert Little of Kinloss Township
and they farmed on the 4th
concession of Kinloss, later moving
to Lucknow.• Mr. Little predeceas-
ed her in 1958 and since that time
she has spent the winters in ,
• Tavistock With her daughter and-
son-in-law, Lyle and Evelyn Gayn-
or, She has been a permanent
resident .of Tavistock for the past
three and One-half years. "
Besides her daughter she is
survived by one/ step-daughter
Joyce, Mrs. Alvin Moran of
Ashfield ToWnship, seven grand-
children and three great grand
children. She was predeceased by
One sister, Mrs. Emily McCallum
of ,Kincardinet-and One i brother,
Robert Marshall of • Huron Town-
ship, also one step-son Ernest Hall
of Brantford.
While health permitted she was
an ,active inemb,er of Lucknow
United, Church, the U.C.W. and.
was a member of the Town and
COuntry Senior Citizens%
The funeral service was held at
MacKenzie Memorial Chapel,
Lucknow on Monday, January 19.th
at 3 p 7 m: with Rev. Doug Kaufman
officiating. Temporary entomb-
ment . was in the South 'Kinloss,
Mausoleum, with final resting
place in Kincardine Cemetery.
Pallbearers were six nephews.
