He was predeceased • by hiS first
wife„the former Irene, Lamont in
1963.
Surviving Mr. Sitler along with
his wife, are two sons, Charles of
Baysville, Ontario and Leonard at
home; three daughters, Grace,
Mrs. Basil Moor; of •Waterloo,
Eileen,,, Mrs. Eric Hall of Kinloss
and Agnes Sitler. of R. R. 3
Walkerton;'two brothers, Linton of
R. R. 3 . Walkerton, .Stanley of
Mason, Michigan and one sister,,:
Blanch, MrS. Hugh Whorton of
Blyth. •
Eight 'stepsons and three step-,
daughters also. survive as well is
five grandchildren, 34 step-grand:
children and nine step-great grand -, -
children. —
Mr. Sitter was a member of the,
local Church, Kincardine, affiliated
with Global Wilisions; North Battle-
lord, Saskatchewan.
Funeral Services • were held
Monday;- December 22 from the
Linklater Funeral Home with Rev.
Victor Tyler . and Rev. Olson
officiating. During the service,
step-grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs.
Nathaniel Swaan sang "Abide
With Me". Burial was in Greenock
Baptist Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Harvey Thomp-
son, Sam Matthews, Bert Bushell,
Larry Bannerman, Frank Hodgins,
and Elmer Bannerman. Flower
bearers were. Bob Fitzgerald, Bob
Sitler and Norman MacKay.
