The bride given in marriage by her father chose a floor- length gown of- white peau de soie. The shallow scooped neck- line was trimmed with argentine lace, which was appliqued with ice blue seed pearls. A huge but- terfly bow gave a bustle effect to the gown, falling gracefully to a short chapel train. She wore a queen's crown of pearls and rhinestones from which fell a French illusion veil, and ,she car- ried a cascade of white and gold mums with pastel shaded roses.
