Sweitzer, who is in grade eight at the Exeter Public School, copped first place awards for (1) most improved driver, (2- most points for the year and (3) feature race of the day for the small motor class. The most improved driver award was voted on by the dri- vers themselves. Brian's father, Sam Sweitzer, donated the tro- phy. The other two trophies came through the courtesy of the Stuckey brothers, owners of the track. Sam Argyle of Goderich won two of three trophies in the big motor class.
