The death of William 1'. 1'ridnam
o,s erred at Toronto on November 3rd.

aas the eldest son of the late Mr. and
Mrs. John Pridbam and was born at
London. tint., about a year before the
removal of the family to Goderich.
He spent his surly years here. but for
the last thirty'-fl{'e year" or more le
had leen a resident of Toronto, where

He is survived by his wife ane} five
sena: Walter. of Ottawa ; Bert, of Ann
Arbor, Mich.; J. C., Fred and Harry.

brother. The funeral took place at
Toronto on Saturday sad was at-
tended by Mr. and Mrs. 1V. C. Prld-
