eant, "Come to the Manger'i„ Wag
presented by members of the Sim-
day School, under the leadership
Of R,ussell Zurbrigg, the superin
tendent. This pageant was .directed
by Miss Phyllis Johns, assisted by
Mrs. H. Burrell. and' Mrs. Don. Me-!
Taggart, who planned the cos-
tumeS. It had for it theme, the,
fact, that ever since the gift of
the Magi, 'there 'has been, down .
through the ages, •a continuing
procession of men and chIldren,
who have , flocked to lay .theit•
treasurers at the Manger.
The theme unfolded, as , those
from all walks of life, in appron-'
riate costumes, 'proceeded to the,
front of the Church arid presented
their gifts of ,servige •te the. Babe
of Bethlehem. The narrator was.

Games and dancing were enjoyed

A buffet lunch was served.
During the evening Don Hilde-
brand presented Mel' Keating with ,
a pen and pencil set from the
Management and staff. Mel has
' accepted a position with the p.U.C.,
in Exeter ,and will leave Winglinni
in January. There were itlso gifts;`
, for Bob Van Duyn; who will move
to the United 'States in the near'
future, and Don steel, who has
gone to Voionte, but neither' Bob'
nor.,Don. were able • 'to. Attend the

by Mrs, J. Ernest, was surrounded
by four little girls dressed as
:angels, 'Esther Chettleburgh, Bon-
'tile Willie, Brenda Grubbe; Connie
Slesser. Pauline Redmond recited
"Christmas" and Sarah Skinn ren-
dered a vocal, solo. She was ac-
companied by .Nancy Slosser. This
Was followed by a recitation by
Ann Meyer.
• A chorus by the smaller children
of the parish, "Here A Comes Santa
Claus" brought quick'results and
Santa' himself arrived to hand out
treats to the kiddies. •
Tickets had previouSly been Sold
on five prizes and a draw ' was
Made. Mrs, J. B, Runstedtler won
Ihe„first prize, a watch valued at
$100. A second ticket for Mrs.
Runstedtler was drawn for the
second prize, an occasional chair
Valued at 4150, donated by Carl.
