Women's Groups Join Guild of St. Anne FORDWTCH—The Guild . of St. Anne met Thursday night in the basement of the church and had as guests members of 'St, Martha's Guild, •Gorrie, and the 'Senior WA, of Fordwich.. Mrs. Willa 'Douglas, president," opened the meeting, after which Mrs, Lois• •Simmons read the Scripture lesson. The roll call was answered With a verse on Rernem- brance Day. The Guild has decided to have an electric .bulb drive, sb anyone in- terested or needing bulbs may. contact any member of the Guild. Miss Beatrice Wade displayed. a plate.Theses can be purchased with the ;picture of the church on them. Everyone was quite inter- ested and it is. hoped to have some a little later. The remainder- of the, evening was spent in a social way. -Miss Reta Allan, Reg.N., who recently retiirned'`'home after spending the past year in B.C., showed many lovely pictures of a trip she had taken.
