in Wingham was the scene. of a
pretty wedding on Saturday, when
Betty Patricia Henry, 'daughter of
Mr. and Mrs: Stuart Henry,' .of
Wingham, became the • bride • of
Donald James Breckenridge, . of
Guelph, son of.Mr. and Mrs:W.
James Breckenridge of Wingham.
Dr. • Alexander Nimmo officiated
and Mr. 11. V. Pym played tradi-
tional wedding music. -
The bride, given in naa`rriageby
her father, wore awaltz-length
gown of Alencon lace and tulle
over satin. The fitted bodice fear
tured a small Peter Pan collar
embroidered with seed 'pearls and
pastel sequins and long,, lilypoint
sleeves. Her fingertip 'veil was
caught -to :a scalloped headpiece
brocaded with ' seed ,pearls. She
carried a white Bible crested with

Ontario the bride donned a dress
of grey and red, ',fashioned of im-
ported material with. matching ac-
cessories. The couple will live in
Guelph, where the groom is em-
ployed by the Beaver Lumber Co.

taffeta with matching veil and
pearl necklace. She carried a bou-
quet of pink roses mixed with car-

Her •bridesmaid was Lillian.

yellow ballerina -length dress of
net over taffeta with a corsage of
blue mums. '
The best man was Stewart
Smith of Bluevale.
A reception was. held at the
home of the .groom's parents. For
her wedding trip the bride chose.
a pink wool dress with navy acces-
sories.

Maurice McNabb, ;of Port Elgin,
son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dun-
can McNabb., Rev. Alexander
Nimmo, D.D-, minister of St. And-
rew's Presbyterian Church, Wing -
ham, officiated for the double ring
ceremony.
Miss Jean• Inglis, Wingham,
was the organist, and the soloist
was Mr. Bruce Darling, brother of
the bride, who sang "The Lord Is
My Shepherd" .during the signing
of the register. '' •
The bride was attired in an in-
formal gown of brocaded blue ny-
lon over taffeta, which featured
a fitted 'bodice, full skirt, and soft-
ly rounded neckline and cap sleev-
es. Her attire was completed by
a white feather hat and thatching
accessories. She ;carried .a cas-
cade 'bouquet of pink roses and
white shasta .mums:
Miss Mae Johann, cousin of the
bride, was :the bridesmaid, and she
chose a ,similar gown of pink bro-
caded nylon over taffeta, pink
feather hat and bouquet of tinted

mums.
Groomsman was Rev, A, H. Mc-
Kenzie, of Acton, and the ushers
Were Mr. Robert Inglis, brother-
in-law of the bride, of Mildmay,
and Mr. Robert Thompson, of
Brantford; nephew of the groom.
Following the wedding ceremony
a reception was held at Pleasure
Valley, Hanover. For their wed-
ding trip the bride donned a grey.

which she had composed, The roll

delightful vocal solos, ""Tamay"
and "Walk Hand in Hand". Miss
Gayle Henderson played two lovely
piano solos.
