wife, the former Mary Harding
predeceased him in 1934 and his
eldest daughter Olive, in De-

the Presbyterian Church,

on Sunday afternoon at 2.30, con-
ducted by the Rev.' R. H. Fowler,
of the 'Harriston Presbyterian
Church. Burial was In the 'Clif-
ford cemetery.

fortune to have two small bones
broken in his right ankle, when
playing at the • Brussels-White-
church ball game here last Friday
evening, Wayne had the other
ankle broken about seven months
ago and doesn't relish the idea of
spending his holidays ' that way

home on Saturday from Victoria
Hospital, London. His condition is
much improved. Miss Margaret
Dane returned on Friday after be-
ing a patient in the Wingham Hos-
pital all last week.
