Blood -typing . was completed.. at
the Wingham General Hospital oh
Thursday evening by hospital of-
ficials and members of the Wing-
ham branch of the Canadian Leg-
On two evenings, Tuesday and
Thursday, about 150• people sub-
mitted themselves to blood tests to
enable their blood to be• classified
so that it may be used in emergen-
cies.
DeWitt Miller, who was it
charge of the Canadian Legion'
project, said that it maybe neces-
sary to conduct, another blood
typing drive later in the .year.
Many people, he .said; were . under
the impression . that 'because they
had already had their blood• typed
it.- was not necessary for them to
have it done again. -
