Church is the second, church pn,

byterian Church ' was, the, first,
established church in Wroxeter:

sary of this event will be observed,

June Meeting.
WROXETJ R—The regular meet-
ing of the W.: of the United
Church was held late Tuesday
June 11, with Mrs. Stan Gallaher
and Mrs, Ross Coates in .charge.

rs Gallaher took the chair . for
the devotional period and the call ,
to worship. • Opening hymn was
"More Love to Thee” and the
Lord's prayer was recited in uni-
son. Mrs. Coates read 1 til
chapter of John for Scripture les-
son. Mrs. W. A. Cathers read a
poem entitled "A Smile".
+ : Thirteen members answered the
roll call with a Bible verse con-
taining the word "Love", which
was the theme, of the meeting. and.
Mrs. George .Gibson read a paper
on "Love , Mrs. Coates conduct-
ed a contest of which Mrs: Lloyd
1VVeGee was winner. • Closing hymn
"I Love To Tell the Story"' was
sung and Mrs. Gallaher gave the
closing prayer, •
