Sunday with Rev. Mitchell, moder-

Mr. and Mrs, David Nichol open-
ed the Langside store last week.
The store had been closed for
nearly taro years.
Mrs. Kenneth Dewling was in
Mount Forest on Saturday and her
mother, Mrs.' Rohney, who has
been ill, returned . home with her,
Mrs. Leask McGee of Toronto
has been visiting this week at the

the roll call on Citizenship. The
worship service was in charge of
Mrs. George Michie's group and
opened with a hymn and prayer, ' ,
Mrs. IVIichie read a short -story.
Scripture lesson 'was read by
Mrs. J. M. Coultes and prayer by
Mrs. IVIichie was 'followed by an
article on Christian Citizenship.
The study period was in the
form of a play "Are You a Chris-
tian Citizen?" with Mrs. James
Michle, Mrs. Herb Wheeler and
Mrs, Stewart Procter taking part.
This meeting closed with a hyriin
and prayer.
Mrs. kenneth Wheeler was
Charge of the W.A. meeting which
opened with prayer and a hymn.
Miniate.s were read by Mm. Cecil
Chamney. The treasurer, Mrs. J.
M. Coultes reported there Was
$490.13 on hand. Mrs. Stewart
Procter reported for the dish com-
mittee, stating they would sort the
dishes after the garden party on
June 14th.

nual Kennedy Reunion was held on
Saturday at Guelph when about
60 relatives were present from
Toronto, Morriston, Galt, Puslinch,
Guelph", Walkerton, Goderich, Har-
row„ Lticknow, Windham and
Whitdchurch. Dile to illness and
old age, quite a number were un-
able to be preeent. Mrs. David
'Kennedy, of Whitechurch, is the
oldest and is in her 95th year. '
