ing. The .date for the spring' rum-
mage sale was set for Saturday,
May 11, in the' Wingham Ariaour;
les. Housewives are 'asked to save
articles of clothing, shoes, ;hats,
furniture, etc., for this event.
The sewing Committee had -cora-
pleted 108 articles which included
20 adult gowns,. New drapery had
been purchased, and, during the
month,,17 paIrs qf new drapes,were .
made . and hung on the hospital
windows. The mending, Which re-
quires the , full attention of two
sewing groups had been kept up to
date. The Omitting committee have
