GUIDE CHOSEN TO ATTEND CAMP, A Durham Guide, Karen CV- Brecht, has been chosen as one Of four girls from this district to attend Camp Keewaydin on Nov ember 9, 10 and 11. Karen, who will be 16 later 'this month, has her gold Cord. She was chosen by guide leaders from a group who , attended camp at Keewaydin more than .a year ago but was notified only recently. A Hanover guide, Joyce Martin, will accompany her to camp. The 32 girls attending will sleep out- doors in tents. The meeting, in resolution, asked the Ontario and Federal govern- ments, that if any additional mar- keting legislation, or amendments to present legislation is required by a Supreme Court decision, this should be carried out.
