search for the "Waterwitch", built
M Paisley n1879 and the only
steamship to naVigate the inland
Waters' of Weft County.
Ted 1VIcCannell, Kitchener Re-
cord reporter, was keenly interest-
ed in trying to s find her. He had
gathered scanty bits of inforinat-
tion over a period of time and was
finally successful in locating the
remains of the hulk. His account
of the search is recorded ht The
Kitchener -Record as follows:

cribing the boat built In 179 by
