visiting for some weeks at the
home of his daughter, Mrs. Aldin
Pardon, returned to his home in
Leamington last week.
Mr. and Mrs. Win. Pardon and

day at the home of his aunt, Mrs,
Wm, Dawson.
Mr. and Mrs. Richard Turner, of
Toronto spent the week-end at the
home of his mother, Mrs, Allan
Turner, and on Monday all return-
ed to their home at Toronto.
Quite a crowd . gathered on
Thursday evening last in the Mem-
orial Hall here, for a farewell get7
together for Mr. and Mrs. Ernest
Casemoie, who move this week to
locate in Gordon Godkin's house on
Edward Street, Wingham. During
the evening, Milian 'Moore read an'
address and Frank Ross presented
them with a purse of money. They
thanked their friends for the
thoughtful remembrance and Tiffin
Brothers provided music for danc-
ing. Lunch was served.
Mr, Milo Casemore received word
on Saturday last that his sister,
Mrs. Cameron Inglis, had been
killed in a, car collision at Listowel.
Gordon Ross has been stationed
at Alma for the past week, at the
CNR Station,
Mr. Thos, Morrison has been re-
modelling the front ,of his snack
bar during the past week. This is
making quite an improvement on
the property.
