FORDWICH The Borden Go.,
Ltd., has purchased the Fordwich
plant of the Carnation Company,
situated between Mayne Corners
and Fordwich.
Under Manager Arnold. Doig and
the rest of the staff members who
were employed by the Carnation
Company the plant Will continue to
be used as a receiving station,
Some 85,000 pounds of milk per
seven-day week is received and
cooled at the Fordwich plant be-
fore being shipped by special truck
to the Borden Company's main
plant at Tillsonburg.
