Speaking from the text, "The light shineth in the darkness," Mr. McCullough told of his experiences as a missionary in , Barbados, a small island twelve by twenty miles, teeming with people. Except for two months in the year the weather is very hot. He told some- thing of the background of the people, who were formerly slaves and because of that the difficulty to gain their trust, In that island Mr. McCullough was the minister of a large thureh cwith a good choir and many Christian leaders', the re= suit .of bringing the light into, the dark PlaCts of the world, "One had to experience life • in the mission field to know the need of prayer and other help to carry the good news," the speaker said.
