December 22nd., -1900 in the $etith,
Waterlog Memorial. Hospital, Galt,
Mrs, John F. Stevens, of Preston, the;
former Margaret ;Anderson, daughter
of the latn Duncan and .Martha. (1‘Tay.
ler) Anderagn, former residents of
East, Wawanosh Township..
Stevens • is survived by her
.husband, two 4alightgrsi Rose of
Windsor and Martha of Preston; :four
sons, Frederick, Hilliard And George, of Preston, and Leo,nard, of Galt,'
eleven grandchildren and eleven great,-
grandcbildren. Three sisters. and two
brothers, Janet (Mrs. Howard Nix);
Lorinda ,(Mrs, Albert Brighton); and
Mary' "(Mrs, Chas. Campbell), all of
Preston; and Elgin Anderson; of Galt,
and Austin . Anderson, of Kirkland
Lake, also survive.
Interment was ,mach. in Preston
cemetery on December 26th. Jas; ,D.
Anderson and Graeme Anderson at-
tended the fnneral.

and Mrs. Campbell marked their 55th
wedding anniversary in April 1955,
Surviving besides his wife are on,
son, AiP4x, at bome, ,,,and a piston.
Maggie (Mrs, George "Kawthorne) of
Winghare. A daughter, Jean Adele,
and a brother, William Sohn Campbell
predeceased him.
Funeral service was held on Tues-
day, January 3rd., from hie late rest,,,
dence with Rev, D.J. MacRae officiate,
hag. Interment Was in Wingham oetre-
tery.
Pallbearers were Alvin Allundell,
Arthur Bryce, Harpld McCormick,
Colin Kennedy, Redmond McDonald
and. Lorne McAllister.

Entertain Relatives
BELGRAVE—Mr. and Mrs, Robert
Grasby entertained at a family gather-
ing at their home last Wednesday
evening, December 28, when about 25
of their relatives from Listowel, Har-
riston, Montreal and Belgrave were
present.
A social time was enjoyed and Pro-
gressive euchre was played. High
prizes were won by Mrs. Norman
Gibson and Mr. Arnold Gibson and
the consolation prizes went to Mrs.
David Armstrong and Mr. Harold
Roberts.
