theTo Citizens of Howiek Twp:
The Council of the Township of
Howick would ask the citizens .of
Howick to Accept their deepest apol-
ogies for a very serious oversight.
Vh.r some unexplainable reason, the•
council neglected to place a. wreath.
at thb centopath in Fordwich on Nov,
11th.
It has always been and always
should be the policy of the 'comical
to attend this very Important duty.
The council is deeply moved by the
fact that this duty was' neglected.
We felt that this oversight should.
be made known:The council would .
ask that the citizens of Howick ac-.
eept the foregoing apology at this
time.
Signed on behalf of the Howick
Township Council,
Reeve Harry Gowdy,
