At all LQ/$ Cruickshank Wed In St, Andrew's Church A very pretty wedding was ,sol- emnized in St, Andrew's PreSbyter- lan Church on Saturday, Nov. 21, when Lois Jean Cruickshank, only daughter of Mr.. and Mrs. W, T. Cruickshank, *of Wingham, was un- ited in marriage with Arthur Ross McCall, son of Mr and Mrs. Arthur McCall, of Walton. Rev, Alexander'Mann() performed the ceremony and H. V. Pym presided at the organ, Mrs, Ross Hamilton, of Seaforth, was soloist, singing "I'll Walk Beside You" arid "Becalms". The bride, who was given in mar- riage by her father, wore a floor- length white nylon -gown in ballerina styl e with close fitting jacket and matching peplum. A Juliet cap cov- ered with seed pearls held her fin- ger-tip veil and she carried a white prayer book which was crested with red roses and white streamers and red rose buds. Miss Isabel McCall, sister of the groom, was maid of honor, wearing a floor-length orchid gown In bal- lerina style, with matching jacket and feather headdress and gloves. She carried an orchid prayer book cover- ed with orchid and.yellow mums and matching streamers. The groom was attended by Rae Reuther, of Walton. The ushers were Gerald Cruickshank, brother of the bride, and Stewart McCall, brother of the groom. The reception was held at the Ho- tel Brunswick where- the bride's mo- ther received the guests wearing a bronze satin gown with brown acces- sories and a corsage of yellow roses, The groom's mother assisted, wearing a navy crepe dress with navy and pink accessories and pink rose cor- sage. For her wedding trip to Eastern points the bride wore a navy suit with navy accessories, a pink corsage and grey topcoat. 1The couple will reside at R.R. 2, Blyth. Woods-Shera Shirley May Shera, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Shera, Gorrie and Lloyd Woods, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Woods, Kitchener, were united in marriage, on Saturday, November 14, at 2 p.m., in Kitchener. The bride wore a navy wool suit with mauve accessories and corsage of colored baby mums. The couple were attended by Mrs. Gerry Sowliski, sister of the groom, who wore a navy suit with red acces- sories and corsage of colored baby mums, and by Mr. Robert Eckert, as best man. A reception was held at the home of the groom's parents, when about twenty sat 'down to supper. The table was centred by a wedding cake and streamers and flowers adorned the room. The bride's mother was attired in a navy dress with black accessories. The groom's mother wore navy with black accessories. They will reside at 241 Neilson Ave., Waterloo.
