Fran tells that Roy has been working
for nearly a month at Buckerfleld's
which is the largest fertilizer firm in
British Columbia.
Roy has been moved to Armstrong
in the Okanagan Valley where he will
be manager of the feed mill there, and
also de selling. This work has good
prospects and he has been supplied
with a car by the firm,

In the Town League bowling last
week, the Aces came out with top
score of 3084, trouncing the 88's, who
had a score of 2127. The Mad Hatters
took the Chiefs to the score of 2432 to
2052, and the Kinsmen beat the clip-
pers 2977 to 2079. Aces, Mad Hatters
and Kinsmen each collected 7 points
on the night's bowling.

DEER AND FIVE FOXES
IN HAY TWP. SWAMP
Twenty-six hunters from Hensall
and area bagged 1 deer and five red
foxes in a four-day hunt in Hay
Township's 7,000-acre swamp.
Included was a buck 5if: years old,
the oldest deer shot during the season,
game officials said. The buck was
shot by Ed, Fink, Hensall. A total of
2,435 pounds of deer was shot by the
hunters.
The following took part in the hunt.
