Just to prove the point, and to allow shoppers to become better acquainted in the local stores, the members of the Wingham Business Association, whose advertisements appear in the yellow pages of this issue, have reduced their prices on many, many items. Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week will provide you with an opportunity—not just to save money in one store--but to take advantage of bargains in every one of the fifty-six stores participat- ing. After you have carefully read the mes- sages in this paper you will be able to plan a real shopping "spree" in Wingham this week and be sure that you are saving dollars at every store. Don't fail to get your free tickets on the draw which is being run in connection with Dollar Days. Each of the participating stores has them for you—one ticket with each dollar you spend. Simply write in your name and address on the tickets and drop them in the box which you will find in the store. Winners of the prizes will be deter- mined when the tickets are drawn on Satur- day evening, July 26. Grocery, Mundys' Grocery. No, this isn't any give-away week! The participating merchants have a sound rea- son for cutting prices and offering real bargains for three days. The reason—they want you to be reminded that their stores are well stocked with attractive merchan- dise at honest prices.
