After the broadcast Mayor Mil- ler, of Wingham, the guest of the eve- ning, addressed the forum on the town's side of daylight saving time., and listened with interest to the dis- cussion that followed on the disadvan- tages of it to the farmers, He was tendered a hearty vote of apprecia- tion for his interest in coming out to the forum. Miss Lois Falconer and James Falconer held high points in euchre and Mrs. Chas. Martin and Mr. Mr, and Mrs. Robert Purdon and Mrs. Gordon Rintoul attended the funeral of the late Mrs. R. J. Cameron in Lucknow on Wednesday last and they, with Other Cameron relatives, visited at the home of Mx. and Mrs. Irvin Henry, of Ashfield, on Thursday. Mrs, Earl Jamieson. and baby, Sher- on Louise, returned home from the Wingham Hospital, on Saturday! Falconer of The Women's Institute members are making preparations for an open meeting this Friday to celebrate the 25th anniversary of that group in the village.
