The president welcomed about 110 guests, read Romans 12: 9-21 and opened with a word of prayer. Then it was time to eat! The meal was put on by the dinner committee of the P.T.A. which consisted of German Cuisine. The gym was decorated in German flag colours with German music playing in the back ground while we ate the delicious dinner enjoyed by every one. After dinner Deb Siertsema and Darlene Van Der Veen sang three lovely songs with their guitars. Entertainment for the evening was the Seaforth Harmony Kings. An all-male singing group from Seaforth and surrounding area singing several harmony songs. Part way through the ladies group named the Black Sheep which is part of the Seaforth Harmony Highlights also entertained. The president thanked the singing guests for the wonderful entertain ment. A short business meeting was held next. Minutes from last year’s meeting were read. Activities held throughout the year were reported on, along with the treasurer’s report. New board members were voted in for the next three year term. Peter Bos closed the meeting with prayer. The Clinton and District School Parent-Teacher Association is re presented with delegates from Blyth, Clinton, Exeter, Goderich and Vanastra along with three school staff members.
