Boys and girls, ages 12 - 19 can attend. Cadets is a great experience. Flying, sports, camping, survival, first aid, drill, gliding and many other things are just some of the activities that happen in Cadets. In Cadets you learn how to act with other people, how to lead a group of people so as to accomplish a task and how to fend for yourself if you are in a survival situation. What cadets do is easy to explain, but what happens inside a person when he/she has completed a task is not easy to explain at all, so why don’t you come out to our weekly “parades” and see if cadets is the thing for you. If transportation is a problem, call 523-4295 and ask for Richard (until September 26) or 523-9479 and ask for Kim (after 4 p.m. on weekdays or evenings on the weekends). Come out and share the experi ence. GRADE 2-3 by Jennifer Szusz Mrs. Bosman’s grade 2-3 class has been busy doing all kinds of activities on creepy crawlies. They have made bug books and little books, and will be eating some yummy creatures. CALL CITIZEN CLASSI Fl ED AT 523-4792 OR 887-9114 24 HOURS A DAY
