Francis Veilleaux said that the Grand Bend company will process glass, tin, paper and plastic with the charge for shipping the bin to Bluewater being $200 a year. There would also be a charge of $5-$6 per yard to process the materials. Council agreed to discuss the proposal later in the meeting and Mr. Veilleaux left. A letter was read from Don Carter Disposal in Wingham con cerning the pickup and delivery of recylable materials to Mt. Forest. A motion was made that Mr. Carter be advised that Council is not interested at this time in changing the operation for the recyclables and plan to use the depot box at the land fill site. However, they agreed that his proposal would be con sidered if the procedure should be changed in the future. Council instructed Clerk Nancy Michie to notify David Rapson of RR 3, Brussels for a price confirma tion to haul the recycling bin to plants in either Stratford or Grand Bend. __ Mrs. Michie was also asked to prepare an information sheet to be delivered to the householders with their recycling boxes. A new section and lid are to be added to the bin at the landfill site at a cost of $100. Ralph Darlow, a Morris township landowner was at the meeting to discuss road conditions. Mr. Dar low said that the roads could be graded more often to avoid pot holes. Council agreed to look into the matter and talk to Road Superintendent Lloyd Michie.
