Obituaries MARGARET JOHNSON Fordwich resident Margaret Johnson died at her home following a brief illness on April 6, 1990. The former Margaret Williamson was born in Minto Township and later resided in Harriston, Ontario. She married Carroll Johnson in Listowel on October 9, 1937 and spent her life as a mother and homemaker. She was a member of Fordwich United Church. Left to mourn her are her husband and two daughters, Mar­ lene Kirby of Stratford and Donna Mason of RR 1, Listowel. She is survived by her sisters: Eleanor Neeb, Kitchener; Jean Davidson, Owen Sound; Corry Rabb, Harri­ ston; Doris Hunt, London and her brothers: Jack and Stan William­ son, both of London. Funeral services were held on April 8 at 3 p.m. at the Betts Funeral Home, Gorrie with Rev. John Neilson officiating. Pallbear­ ers were Wayne Johnson, Barry Johnson, Brad Johnson, Rod Cameron, Doug Cameron and Peter Tessel. Flower bearers were Ronalee Johnson, Joanne Langford and Laurie Bachelder. Interment will be at Fordwich Cemetery. MARJORIE LLOYD Marjorie Lloyd of Harriston passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 1990 at Palmerston and District Hospital. She was in her 77th year. The former Marjorie McEwing was the beloved wife of Norman Lloyd. Besides her husband she will be mourned by her children Thomas and Marie, Paul and Sandra all of Harriston; Joanne and John Brown, Grand Valley; Suz­ anne and Boyce Stevens of Pritch­ ard, B.C. She will be missed by her sister Helen (Mrs. Wm.( Pepper of Brucefield and two brothers John and his wife Janie of Hullett Township and James and his wife Gloria of Londesboro. Mrs. Lloyd is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 24 great-granchildren. She was predeceased by two grandchildren. Visitation was at the Handy-Lee Funeral Home in Harriston, where, funeral services were held on Friday, March 30 at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Harriston Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy don­ ations can be made to the Palmer­ ston and District Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
