Developer, Council to meet with County planner Blyth council passed a bylaw setting the date for its second meeting of the month last week, then had to change the date for the meeting the very first time it will be held. Under the new procedural bylaw the village council will now meet the second Wednesday and fourth Tuesday of each month ... except this one. Because some councillors were going to be away the date for the next meeting has been post­ poned to Thursday, March 29 at 7:30 p.m. Council met with John Van Den Assem, developer of a subdivision at the north end of Blyth but did not come to an agreement about lot sizes or stoijm sewers for the project. The two parties agreed to meet again on April 3 when Cindy Fisher, Blyth’s planner with the Huron County Planning and Development office will be present. In reply to comments that a few lots in the subdivision were small, Mr. Van Den Assem said that they were large compared to other subdivisions. Council’s greatest concern how­ ever was with outlets for surface currently drained in three direc­ water in the development.
