The Atoms’ games this week are Wednesday, February 7 in Bel­ grave at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, February 10, in Belgrave at 11 a.m. Continued from page 14 were scored unassisted by Corey Moran and Brent Robinson. The second game against Sea­ forth was a little tighter as they defeated Seaforth 10 - 3 in Belgrave on February 1. Corey Moran scored the first goal after a pass from Jeremy Campbell to Ryan Cook. Coming on strong Corey Moran scored the next goal for the Belgrave team while Jeremy Campbell snuck the next one in assisted by Eugene Fenton. The last goal of the second period for the home team was scored by Brian Marks and assisted by Brent Robinson. Kirk Kreiger opened up the scoring in the third period assisted by Brent Robinson and Eugene Fenton. Then the Belgrave team came on strong again scoring five more goals. Corey Moran got two more goals with assists from Chris Piluke and Ryan Cook on the first and Jeremy Campbell and Ryan Cook on the second. Ryan and Jeremy came back to lend support on a goal scored by Brent Robinson then Kirk Kreiger scored after a pass from Dave Piluke. With only eight seconds remaining Corey Moran got his fifth goal of the game assisted by Ryan Moffatt. Upset by the Goderich team the last time they faced them, the Belgrave Atoms came back winners from their home game against Goderich on February 3 with a 10 - 1 win. Brent Robinson started Belgrave off in the first period then came on strong in the second scoring two more goals with Wayne Fenton and Ryan Cook helping on the second one. Then Ryan Cook came back to open the scoring in the third period, unassisted, with Corey Moran scoring just one minute later. Ryan Moffatt snuck another past the Goderich goaltender then Brian Marks moved in after a pass from Brent Robinson to give Bel­ grave another goal. Ryan Cook scored unassisted and Dan Gusso scored the net. Blyth Novices play exhibition match Blyth Novice A started their hockey action last Thursday, Feb. 1, hosting a fast skating club from Lucknow in an exhibition match. Lucknow came out flying out- skating Blyth the first period and scored the only goal in the period.
